Delivery of the Goods within the Republic of Belarus is carried out by the Seller on its own (may be carried out with the involvement of third parties, but at the expense of the Seller). Prices for delivery are indicated for each locality at the stage of placing the order (stage basket) via the online store Teleflora.by. The Buyer can pick up the Goods from the warehouse, office or salon of the Seller in Minsk on his own and at his own expense not earlier than 4 working hours after placing the order and coordinating with the administrator, during the working hours of the Seller from 09:00 to 21:00, from the moment of confirmation of acceptance of the Order for execution by the Seller at the address of the Seller’s store, chosen by the Buyer after the Order is placed.
Delivery of flowers and gifts in Minsk and the suburbs of Minsk: Your order will be delivered no earlier than 4 business hours from the date of payment and placing an order through the online store. The required delivery time interval and delivery date can be selected during the checkout process via the online store.
Delivery of flowers and gifts in Belarus: Your order will be delivered no earlier than 12 business hours from the date of payment and placing an order through the online store. (to regional centers and regional centers of the Republic of Belarus). Delivery to remote locations and villages will be carried out no earlier than 24 business hours from the date of payment and ordering through the online store. The required delivery time interval and delivery date can be selected during the ordering process through the online store.
Delivery of goods outside the Republic of Belarus is not carried out.
Urgent delivery of goods is possible - but requires prior approval from the administrator of the online store.

For delivery of the order February 13-15, March 7-9, the order must be placed and paid for 1 day before the actual delivery date.

Replacement of goods
In the absence of any commodity items in stock at the time of order picking, they can be replaced by a product similar to the main product characteristics (product group, brand, value). In the case of payment by credit card online on the site, the replacement of the missing product with the same one is made only after agreement with the recipient.
The product is selected by the online store independently, based on the available stock balances. At the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the replaced position by returning the specified goods to the courier.
In the event of a client’s refusal of the goods (when on-line by card payment, a notification demanding the refusal of the goods must be received from the client as a minimum 24 hours before the required delivery date), the money is returned in full and without any fees. The time period for returning money to a card when paying with a card can reach 30 days and depends on the issuing bank that issued the card.
Order Acceptance
Together with the purchased goods, the courier provides a sales receipt that lists all the items delivered in the order and their quantity.
At the time of delivery of the goods you should carefully check the goods for compliance with the quantity and quality. The time of acceptance of all goods of the order should not exceed 5 (five) minutes. After verification, you put a signature in this sales receipt, confirming that the order is fully consistent with the quantity and quality of goods and accepted.

The total amount of the order after the package will be displayed in an email that will be sent to your email address specified during the ordering process.
Payment
Payment of the order can be carried out:
1. Cash (only in Belarusian rubles).

When paying online, at the time of delivery of the order, the courier issues a receipt, signed and stamped. The buyer is obliged when receiving the order to put his signature in the copy of the sales receipt of the online store.
When paying in cash at the time of delivery of the order, after receiving the money, the courier issues a fiscal receipt confirming the payment, a receipt from the terminal (if the payment was on a plastic bank card) and a sales receipt, signed and stamped.
Please note that the price of the product and the amount of the discount is fixed at the time of order confirmation on the site.
The price of the replaced product corresponds to the price at the time of picking the order in stock.
Recalculation of the price and amount of the discount when it changes at the time of delivery is not performed.
